Pregnancy Ultrasound Card shows a cartoon baby perched on a pair of brown suitcases on a glowing ultrasound screen, and the printed line, “Looks like baby may be ready...”, turns the due date into a departure. It is a playful way to say the little one has packed and is almost on the way. The joke lands for anyone who has spent the last weeks of a pregnancy waiting for the big day.

Artwork and lettering
A rounded cartoon baby sits upright on top of two brown suitcases, with wide eyes and a calm little smile. The baby sits inside a soft pink womb shape, and a bright white beam of scan light spreads behind it across the dark monitor. The doctor in a white coat and glasses leans in toward the screen, holding the scanning wand against a patient's belly. The lettering runs across the pale green sky of the card in a bold, rounded font, outlined in white so it stays readable. Together, the scene reads as a clinic visit with a travel twist.
Made for this crowd
Expecting parents notice the monitor and the suitcases first, then smile at the baby sitting on its luggage. Friends who have followed a pregnancy from the first scan will catch the joke right away. The exact phrase suits a card for a sister who is nearly ready to deliver, because the image speaks directly to the countdown of the final weeks. Grandparents and coworkers who love a light moment also tend to enjoy it.
Moments it suits
This card works well at a baby shower, where guests can pass it around while they admire the gifts. It also fits a pregnancy announcement shared after a first ultrasound, or a note tucked into a hospital bag for a friend who is about to deliver. Send it in the last weeks before a due date to let the parents know you are thinking of them.
