Information we collect
- Order information: name, shipping and billing address, email address, phone number (optional) and the items you buy.
- Payment information: processed directly by our payment providers (Stripe, PayPal). We do not store full card numbers.
- Device and usage information: IP address, browser type, pages viewed and referring site, recorded in our hosting logs for security and to keep the website running.
- Messages: what you send us by email.
How we use it
To process and ship your order, send order and shipping emails, answer your questions, prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations.
Who we share it with
Payment providers (Stripe, PayPal), our print and shipping partners (only the data needed to produce and deliver your order), our email provider (Brevo) and our hosting providers (Cloudflare, Hetzner). We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Cookies
We only use what is necessary to keep your cart working (stored in your browser). We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. We do not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals, but we honor Global Privacy Control signals as an opt-out of sale/sharing.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting purposes (generally up to 7 years). Messages are kept for a shorter period, then deleted or anonymized.
Your rights
Depending on your state (for example California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia), you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to receive a copy, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. To exercise these rights, email contact@stamplark.com. We will verify your request and answer within the time required by law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
Children
Our website is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Security
We use encryption (HTTPS) and trusted providers to protect your information. No method of transmission is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
