Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the United States (all 50 states), including PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
Shipping costs
- Standard shipping: $3.95 per order
- Free shipping on orders of $25.00 or more (before tax)
Delivery time
Every card is printed to order. Production takes 2–4 business days, and delivery by mail takes 3–5 business days, so most orders arrive within 5–9 business days. Orders placed after 2 pm Eastern Time or on weekends and US holidays are processed the next business day.
Tracking
You receive an email when your order ships. If your shipping method includes tracking, the tracking link is in that email.
Delays
If we cannot ship your order within the stated time, we will email you with a new estimate and you may cancel for a full refund.
Lost or damaged mail
If your cards arrive damaged or do not arrive within 15 business days, contact us at contact@stamplark.com and we will reprint and resend them or refund you.
Payment
We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal, as shown at checkout. Prices are in US dollars; sales tax is calculated at checkout where applicable.
