2. Scope
These Terms of Service apply to every order placed on stamplark.com by customers in the United States. By placing an order you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.
3. Products
We sell folded 5 x 7 inch greeting cards with a design printed on the front, blank inside, sent with a kraft envelope. Each card is printed to order. Colors on screen may differ slightly from the printed card.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars. Sales tax, where applicable, is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. Shipping costs $3.95 per order and is free on orders of $25.00 or more (before tax). We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, including major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. Your card is charged when you place the order.
5. Orders
After you place an order you receive an email confirmation. A contract is formed when we confirm your order. We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if a pricing error occurred or if we suspect fraud; in that case you receive a full refund.
6. Shipping
We ship within the United States only. Estimated delivery is 5–9 business days after your order. If we cannot ship within the stated time, we will tell you and offer you the choice to wait or cancel for a full refund.
7. Returns and refunds
You may return unused cards within 30 days of delivery. Damaged or misprinted cards are replaced or refunded at no cost to you. Details are in our Refund Policy.
8. Designs and intellectual property
All text, images and designs on this website belong to StampLark or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission. If you believe a design infringes your rights, please contact us and we will review it promptly.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your state.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
