New House Card: Happy New Home Cottage Greeting

New House Card says Happy new home! above a watercolor yellow cottage, and its blessing hopes your troubles stay few while your blessings grow and happiness comes through your door. It is a gentle way to welcome someone into a first apartment or a freshly bought house.

Ships with a kraft envelope; envelope color in photo may vary.

The design in detail

A watercolor cottage sits in the center of the card, its golden roof sloping toward a tall chimney and a small dormer window. A cream-colored wall holds a row of framed windows, an arched upper window and a little balcony rail. The cheerful orange door at the base gives the house a welcoming focal point.

Handwritten black lettering runs across the top with the words Happy new home!, and a smaller blessing sits beneath the house. A single yellow flower with a dark center rests near the bottom edge. The soft brush strokes and warm tones make the whole picture feel like a storybook illustration.

When it gets used

Friends and relatives tend to notice the cottage first, then read the handwritten greeting that follows. Coworkers and neighbors often send it when they hear someone has signed the papers on a new place.

You might slip this card into a welcome basket or hand it over when you drop by for the first time. It also works well tucked beside a housewarming gift, where the blessing gives the recipient something to read slowly.

Good occasions

Housewarming parties and moving-in days are the natural moments for this card. It also fits a first apartment, a move to a new city or a family buying their first house.

Write a short note inside, then display the card on a shelf or kitchen counter so the cottage keeps welcoming guests long after the boxes are unpacked. The card is available in the natural style.
