Line Drawing House Card for a New Home Celebration

Line Drawing House Card wishes you congratulations on your new home, with a simple sketch of a house and a playful wish. The printed line hopes the place is filled with love, laughter and a strong WIFI signal, and that wish lands with anyone who has just finished unpacking boxes. It is a cheerful way to say welcome, and it reads like a note from someone who knows exactly how much a good connection matters on moving day, so you can send it with a smile.

Ships with a kraft envelope; envelope color in photo may vary.

What the design shows

The main subject is a small house drawn in thin black lines, with a pitched roof, a round attic window and a square window on the front. A chimney rises on the left, with curls of smoke drifting above it. A short picket fence sits at the right edge, and the house rests on a single ground line that keeps the drawing grounded. The sketch looks hand-made, with slightly uneven strokes that give it a casual, friendly feel. Above the house, bold orange capitals read congratulations on your new home, and below it a black line of lettering reads we hope it is filled with love, laughter and a strong WIFI signal. A small orange heart sits inside the word love, adding a touch of warmth to the joke. The whole layout feels like a sketch on a notepad, which suits a card meant to feel personal and easy.

Who it was made for

You will likely find this card in the hands of friends who just signed a lease, relatives buying their first house, or neighbors who finally got the keys after months of searching. The WIFI line makes it especially fun for anyone who works from home or streams shows on move-in night, since they will recognize the struggle right away. It also works for coworkers who are starting fresh in a new place and want a lighthearted note in their inbox. You might pick it for someone who loves a good laugh but still wants a warm message underneath the joke.

As a gift and every day

This card fits a housewarming party, a move-in weekend or a quiet welcome to a new block. Slip it onto a kitchen counter with a bag of snacks, or tuck it into a box of cleaning supplies for a practical touch. You can also send it a few weeks after the move, when the boxes are gone and the Wi-Fi password is finally written on the fridge. It is a small way to say the new place already feels like home, and it gives the recipient something to smile at each time they walk past it.
