Feel Better Soon Card with Sparkly Letters

Feel Better Soon Card says Get Well Soon, really really really soon, in big letters that look cut from sparkly paper. The message is cheerful and a little silly, and it tells the reader you want them back on their feet fast. It lifts the mood of a sick day without asking anything of them, and it suits friends, family and coworkers who need a boost.

The design piece by piece

The main subject is the phrase Get Well Soon, spread across three lines in large, hand-drawn letters. Each letter has its own color, from warm orange and yellow to deep purple and teal, and every one is covered with shimmering flecks that catch the light. The W and the L are stretched tall, giving the top line a lively rhythm. Below, the small dark words really really really sit in calm capitals, which gives your eye a place to rest before it reaches the bold word Soon at the bottom. Two icons sit beside the first and second lines: a bright red apple on the left and a striped blue hot water bottle on the right. Both point to the simple comforts people reach for when they are unwell. Thin starbursts and dots of color scatter across the cream background, adding energy without crowding the words. Together, the design reads like a bright get well message with the cozy things a recovering person might want close by.

Everyday moments

The people who will notice this card first are the ones who are home with a cold, a stomach bug or a sore back. A friend sitting on the couch under a blanket will see the sparkly letters and smile before reading a word. Co-workers who have been out for a few days can find it waiting on their desk when they return. A family member recovering from a procedure may keep it on the table by the bed, where its bright colors break up a long, quiet afternoon. It is a card for everyday moments of waiting and resting, when a little color and a silly phrase can make the hours pass easier.

When you need a gift

This card fits neatly into the moment when someone you care about has been hit with illness or a minor injury and you want to say you are thinking of them. Slip it into a basket with tea and crackers, or hand it over with a bag of their favorite snacks. It also works for a hospital visit, where a bright card can brighten the room. The design is offered in a natural colorway, so it pairs easily with whatever small gift you choose. Give it when you want a light, friendly touch rather than a serious note.
