Colorful Get Well Card shows GET WELL SOON cut out in big block letters, each one filled with soft, blurred circles of pink, orange, blue and yellow. The words are plain and direct, the kind you say when someone is under the weather, and the glowing letters make them feel a little brighter. It suits anyone who wants to send a cheerful wish instead of a quiet one.

What the design shows
The whole card is built around the three words GET WELL SOON, set in heavy, evenly weighted capitals that fill the page from top to bottom. Each letter is filled with overlapping bokeh circles, so the color looks soft and out of focus, like lights seen through a camera lens. Pink, orange, blue and yellow blend into one another, and the shapes inside the G, the E and the T shift from one tone to the next. The letters sit on a clean, pale background, which lets the color carry the whole design. The lettering is the entire picture, with no extra objects or decoration pulling your eye away. The result is a bold, playful wordmark that reads from across the room and keeps the mood light.
Who it was made for
You will likely send this to someone you care about who is stuck at home with a cold, recovering from surgery or simply worn out by a long run of bad days. The bright lettering tells them you are thinking of them before they even read the words. It also works for a coworker who has been out sick, a neighbor coming back from a hospital stay or a cousin who needs something cheerful to look at on the mantel. Anyone who appreciates bold graphic type and bright color will notice the lettering first and smile at it.
As a gift and every day
This card fits a get well moment, whether you are visiting someone in the hospital or dropping off a care package with soup and tissues. It can also go out with a small bouquet or a bag of their favorite tea. Tuck it beside the bed or prop it on the kitchen counter, where it will catch the light and remind them that the recovery is moving forward. It is equally good as a quick note on a gray day, when a few bright letters can do more than a long message.
- What makes the bokeh lettering on this card stand out?
- The letters are filled with soft, blurred circles in pink, orange, blue and yellow, which gives each word a glowing, out-of-focus look. Instead of flat color, the lettering seems to shimmer, so GET WELL SOON reads as bright and upbeat from across the room, even before the shopper reads the words closely.
- Who is this card best suited for?
- It suits anyone who is recovering from illness or surgery and could use a cheerful wish. Friends, family members, coworkers and neighbors all fit well. Because the message is simple and the color is bold, it also works for someone who enjoys modern graphic design and bright, playful art.
- When is a good time to send this card?
- Send it when someone is home sick, after a hospital stay or during a long stretch of rest. It also works as a quick note on a gray day, when a few bright letters can lift someone's spirits more than a long message would.
