Fabulous Somewhere Else Card for a Coworker Leaving

Fabulous Somewhere Else Card shows a cheeky send-off, and the printed words FINE THEN... GO AND BE Fabulous SOMEWHERE ELSE tell a leaving coworker to head off and shine elsewhere. The playful grumble makes the goodbye feel like a joke between friends, and it lands best with someone who will be missed around the office, so you can wave them off with a grin.

Ships with a kraft envelope; envelope color in photo may vary.

A closer look at the print

The lettering does most of the work here. Two lines of heavy black capitals sit at the top and bottom, with a smaller black line in between, and the middle word Fabulous is written in red script with long dashes running out on either side. That contrast between blocky type and flowing script gives the card a confident, almost theatrical look.

Scattered across the cream background are small yellow stars, and one slightly larger star with a smiling face sits beneath the red word, as if it is cheering the sentence on. Its tiny sparkles add a bit of movement without crowding the text.

The cream ground keeps everything calm and easy to read, so the wording reads first and the stars follow. Together the blocky capitals, the red script and the grinning star make a clear, upbeat picture of a coworker being sent off with a laugh.

Who will love it

The first thing people notice is the bold FINE THEN... line, which signals a joke before they reach the red word. It is easy to read from across a break room, so anyone walking past a farewell table will pick it up right away.

A Fabulous Somewhere Else Card fits best when someone is changing jobs, moving to another office or retiring. It works for a team lead writing to a long-time colleague, or for a friend who sits two desks away and wants to make the last day feel light.

It also suits the everyday moment of signing a card that goes around the team, where people add a line each and the bold wording keeps the mood cheerful.

Occasions and picks

This card is a natural choice for a coworker's last day, a going-away lunch or a farewell party in the break room. It also works for a retirement send-off or a colleague's move to a new city.

You can enjoy it by propping it on a desk for the final week so the person sees it before they pack up. Available in the Greeting Card style, with a Natural cream color.
