Congratulations On Leaving Card shows a printed line congratulating someone on quitting without security walking them out, and the wording turns a tense exit into a happy one. It makes a clever joke of a farewell that went smoothly, and you will smile at how neatly the card frames it. It is written for the coworker who left the building with style.

A closer look at the print
A navy briefcase sits front and center on a light wooden desk, with a yellow sticky note stuck to its flap that reads BEEN REAL. I'M OUT. with a small smiley. Next to it, a white mug says NEW CHAPTER, NO BADGES, and steam rises from the coffee inside. A speckled planter holds a leafy green plant on the left, adding a calm touch to the busy scene.
On the right, a teal door stands open to a bright hallway, and a green EXIT sign hangs above it. A badge on a teal lanyard reads ALL ACCESS TO FREEDOM with a small star, tucked into the corner of the desk. Gold confetti and a gold crown at the top give the whole card a celebratory feel, tying the office details into one joyful picture.
Who will love it
You will want this card for the coworker who always had a quick joke ready in the break room. The people who notice the sticky note and the badge first are usually the ones who understand office life best. It works just as well for a manager who is moving on.
Use the Congratulations On Leaving Card when a colleague hands in their notice, clears their desk and heads out for a new role. You might slip it into their last-day envelope or leave it on their empty chair. Everyone who worked alongside them will get the reference.
Occasions and picks
The card suits a farewell lunch, a last-day goodbye or a note to wish someone luck in a new job. You can pair it with a coffee mug or a small plant for a cheerful gift. Available in the Greeting Card style with a natural color.
After the cake is gone, read the card out loud and watch the room laugh. Keep it on a desk as a reminder of the good times, and let the new chapter begin.
- What does the printed joke mean?
- The printed line congratulates someone on leaving their job without being escorted out of the building by security. It turns a tense moment into a playful one, suggesting the person exited on their own terms. The sticky note reading BEEN REAL. I'M OUT. and the mug saying NEW CHAPTER, NO BADGES add to the same good-humored message.
- Who gets the reference most?
- Coworkers who have seen a colleague leave quickly or with a dramatic exit will recognize the humor right away. Anyone who has worked in an office with badges, security desks and access cards will also enjoy the details. The badge reading ALL ACCESS TO FREEDOM is a nod to that shared experience.
- How can you pair this card with a gift?
- A coffee mug, a desk plant or a small snack basket fits the theme well, since the card already shows a mug and a potted plant. You could also add a fun office item like a notepad. Pairing the card with something for their next workspace makes the farewell feel warm and thoughtful.
