What the design tells
The artwork features nine distinct illustrations representing different aspects of coaching, including a clipboard with a megaphone, a glowing lightbulb, and a flexing arm muscle. Handwritten-style text sits beneath each image, listing virtues like "Teaching us new things," "Giving us strength," and "Knowing your stuff." A large header and footer frame these elements with the main message of gratitude. The style uses bright, flat colors and playful doodles to create an energetic and youthful aesthetic. This visual arrangement transforms abstract qualities of leadership into tangible, recognizable symbols that any athlete would instantly understand and cherish.
People who will use it

It is perfect for a group signing where space is limited but sentiment needs to be high. The everyday moment often involves presenting it at a season-ending dinner or a farewell party. Since it covers ten different positive traits, it ensures no aspect of their relationship is forgotten during the celebration.
