Wine Lover Snake Card for Your Favorite Sipper

Wine Lover Snake Card shows a cheerful green snake coiled around a glass of pale wine, and the picture does all the talking. There are no printed words, so the joke is simply a serpent that has found a good glass and settled in. It suits anyone who treats a glass of white as a reason to relax, and it lands best with friends who enjoy a little mischief.

Ships with a kraft envelope; envelope color in photo may vary.

Artwork and lettering

The main subject is a bright green snake with big round eyes and a friendly, slightly sly grin. Its forked tongue flicks out at one side, and its body is dotted with darker green spots and shaded in deeper green along the coils. The neck is banded in yellow, which gives the snake a playful, cartoon look.

The snake is wrapped around a stemmed wine glass filled with a pale, straw-colored white wine. The glass sits in the middle of the coils, so the wine is the clear focal point. The lines are bold and black, and the flat colors keep the scene simple and easy to read at a glance. There is no lettering on the artwork, so every detail is part of the picture. Together the snake, the glass and the wine tell a clear story about a creature that is enjoying itself.

Made for this crowd

The people who will notice this card first are wine drinkers, especially those who like to tease their friends about their favorite bottle. The snake and the glass read instantly, so no explanation is needed before the grin appears. It is a good match for a friend who always has a glass in hand at dinner parties.

You might pick this card for a friend who hosted a wine night, or for a coworker who always brings a bottle to the office holiday lunch. It works equally well for a relative who collects vintages and loves a little friendly ribbing. The humor is gentle, so it suits people who enjoy a laugh without anything too sharp.

Moments it suits

This card fits a gift occasion like a thank you after a dinner party, a wine tasting or a relaxed evening with friends. It also works as a small surprise for a birthday or a casual get-together where wine is the star.

It is a fun card to open with a glass in hand, and the snake makes an easy conversation starter for everyone at the table. Send it as a light, cheerful note that says you enjoyed the evening as much as the wine.
