Sleeping Dog Thank You Card with a Napping Pup and Cat

Sleeping Dog Thank You Card shows a golden puppy fast asleep on a soft mint sofa, with a striped gray cat stretched along the back. The words “Thank You” sit in loose script at the top left, and that simple message says more than it first seems. It suits anyone who knows the quiet comfort of a pet-filled home and wants to thank someone in the same cozy spirit.

Ships with a kraft envelope; envelope color in photo may vary.

The design piece by piece

The golden puppy takes up the center of the scene, curled on its side with its paws tucked under and its eyes closed. Behind it, the gray tabby cat rests along the top of the sofa back, one front paw dangling over the edge and its tail hanging down the side. A plaid pillow in pale sage and cream sits to the right, while a knitted throw drapes over the arm in the foreground. Small sprigs of eucalyptus frame the lettering at the top, and a tiny heart sits beneath the words. On the left, a glass vase holds leafy branches and a white jug holds wildflowers. At the bottom right, a green mug and a stack of books rest on a wooden table. The whole picture is drawn in soft, muted tones, so the sleeping animals look peaceful and calm.

Everyday moments

This card is made for people who share their home with dogs and cats, and for anyone who loves the everyday sounds of a pet snoozing nearby. You might send it to a neighbor who fed your animals while you were away, or to a friend who spent an afternoon helping you settle in. Pet owners often notice the cat on the couch back first, then the puppy curled below, and they smile at the familiar scene. Write a few lines inside about the afternoon you spent together, and let the sleepy animals say the rest.

When you need a gift

This thank you card suits a wide range of gift moments, from a housewarming visit to a weekend spent caring for a family pet. It also works well after a holiday gathering or a long stay with relatives. Pair it with a small treat for the animals, a bouquet of wildflowers or a favorite mug, and the note becomes a little gift in itself. Keep one on hand for the moment someone helps you out and you want a warm reply.
