What the print says
Six watercolor heads peer down from the top and up from the bottom edge, creating a lively frame around the central text. A giraffe, cheetah, and elephant occupy the upper margin, while a lion, elephant, and zebra line the bottom. The phrase "Thank You!" appears in elegant script above a block of serif text that reads, "Thank you so much for coming to our baby shower to celebrate with us as we wait on the arrival of our little bundle of joy! Thank you also for your kind gift. We truly appreciate it." This combination of whimsical art and specific wording captures the excitement of impending parenthood while maintaining proper etiquette for acknowledging guests.
Who sees themselves in it
New parents who hosted a nature-themed or animal-inspired shower will notice the detailed spots and stripes immediately. The Safari Animals Border Thank You Card is perfect for sending out once the party is over and gifts have been opened. It handles the awkward task of thanking people for presents without sounding transactional, turning a necessary chore into a warm memory of the day.
- What is the specific message printed inside the card?
- The interior text explicitly thanks guests for attending the baby shower and celebrating the upcoming arrival of a little bundle of joy. It also acknowledges the kind gift received and states that the hosts truly appreciate it, making it a complete thank you note for both presence and presents.
- Which animals appear in the border illustration?
- Six distinct safari creatures frame the central text in a watercolor style. The top row features a giraffe, a cheetah, and an elephant, while the bottom displays a lion, another elephant, and a zebra. These friendly faces create a cheerful border that fits the jungle theme perfectly.
- Is this card suitable for general pregnancy congratulations?
- No, this design is specifically intended for post-shower gratitude rather than initial congratulations. The printed text references the event having already happened and asks recipients to acknowledge gifts received at the shower, so it should only be sent after the celebration takes place.
