S'more Teammates Card: A Sweet Thank You for Your Hard Work

S'more Teammates Card shows a grinning cartoon s'more giving a thumbs-up beside a crackling campfire, and the words read WE NEED S'MORE TEAMMATES LIKE YOU! above THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR HARD WORK. The pun on s'more and more is the whole joke, and it lands for anyone who has ever counted on a coworker to keep things moving. It works because the thumbs-up and the friendly face make the praise feel warm instead of stiff, and the people it was made for are the ones who quietly carry extra load on a team.

Ships with a kraft envelope; envelope color in photo may vary.

How the design is put together

A chunky, golden-brown s'more sits front and center with a glossy chocolate drizzle across its top and a pair of big, happy eyes with rosy cheeks. Its little white-gloved arms and sneakers give it personality, and one hand is raised in a clear thumbs-up. Beside it, a small campfire rises with orange flames and stacked logs, sitting on a patch of green grass. Tiny gold sparkles scattered around the scene add a bit of magic.

The top line is set in bold, dark navy capitals, with the word S'MORE picked out in warm brown so the pun stands out right away. The lower message is set in the same navy type, centered and easy to read. Together the bright character, the campfire and the bold lettering give the card a cozy, outdoorsy feel that still reads as office-friendly. Every element supports the joke without crowding the page.

Who will enjoy it

The people who get the most from this card are the teammates who keep a project running smoothly, the ones who stay late to finish a report or cover for a colleague on vacation. They will notice the pun right away and appreciate that the thanks comes with a grin rather than a formal speech. It also suits a manager who wants to recognize a whole crew without a stiff memo.

In practice, you might slip this card onto a desk after a tough launch week, or hand it over at the end of a long audit. The phrase WE NEED S'MORE TEAMMATES LIKE YOU! works best when the person has really pitched in, since the joke rewards a real moment of teamwork. A card like this turns a routine thank-you into a small, shared laugh.

For gifting

This card fits neatly into a few gifting moments: a work anniversary, the close of a big project, or a team party in late summer when campfire treats are on everyone's mind. It is a light way to mark a colleague's effort without making a fuss, and it pairs well with a bag of marshmallows or a box of graham crackers tucked alongside it.

Save it for the moment the work finally pays off, when the team gathers and someone reads the card aloud. The Greeting Card style and natural color keep it simple to slip into an envelope and hand over in person, and the cheerful campfire scene makes it a good pick for any teammate who deserves a smile.
