Retirement Mountain Card: a warm send-off for your next chapter

Retirement Mountain Card shows a sunlit peak above a winding cream path, and the words “Congratulations on your Retirement!” sit across the pink sky. The line tells the reader that the working years have closed and a slower road is opening up. It is made for anyone who has been looking forward to what comes next.

Ships with a kraft envelope; envelope color in photo may vary.

How the design is put together

A large green mountain fills the right side of the card, its ridges shaded in teal, purple and soft orange. Tall dark evergreens line its base, and a cream path curves up from the bottom edge toward the slopes. A rounded green bush sits beside the path, and clusters of coral and cream flowers dot the grassy foreground. The sky fades from pink to pale cream, and a bright orange sun hangs just beside the summit. The script lettering is dark and loose, placed above the peak so it reads clearly against the sky. Together the shapes feel hand-painted and open, like a trail that stretches ahead without a clear end in sight.

Who will enjoy it

The card suits the coworker who has spent years at the same desk and now plans to hike, garden or travel. You may notice that the path leads somewhere new, which is a nice way to talk about a fresh start. A relative who is trading early mornings for long walks will likely see their own plans in the scene. Use this retirement card when the person has talked about a trip or a hobby they have been saving time for.

For gifting

Give this card at a farewell lunch, a last-day cake or a small celebration in the break room. It also works well as a keepsake tucked inside a gift for a first weekend without an alarm clock. The natural color and the calm landscape make it a good choice for someone who prefers a quiet, thoughtful send-off over a loud party. Pick it for the moment the final workday wraps up and the open road begins.
