Get Well Now Card: A Funny Nudge for a Sick Coworker

Get Well Now Card shows a typewriter-style GET WELL with SOON crossed out in green and Now! written above it, and the line beneath says the team is tired of covering for the reader. That blunt twist is the whole point, and it lands best with someone who knows the workload has been piling up.

Ships with a kraft envelope; envelope color in photo may vary.

A closer look at the print

The main subject is the phrase GET WELL set in bold black typewriter type across the middle of a clean white front. A green line strikes through SOON, and a green Now! is written above it in a casual handwritten style, so the eye jumps from the familiar wish to the cheeky correction. Below, a lighter black line in a simple serif reads that you are getting really tired of doing their work for them. The white space around the lettering keeps the joke clean and easy to read. Nothing else competes for attention, so the words carry the whole design. The typewriter font and the green marker together give the card a office memo feel, as if someone scribbled an edit on a note pinned to a desk. It belongs to the world of cubicles, shared inboxes and the quiet resentment of a colleague's empty chair.

Who will love it

The people who laugh hardest at this card are the ones who have watched a teammate's tasks land on their own plate during a rough week. It suits a close coworker who has a sense of humor about work, and it also reads well from a manager who wants to lighten the mood. When you need to send a get well wish without sounding stiff, this card does the job in a single glance.

Occasions and picks

Send it when a colleague calls in sick, comes back from a short hospital stay, or is stuck at home with a bad cold. It also fits a surprise on their desk the morning they return. The Greeting Card style comes in Natural, the kraft-toned envelope pairs well with the plain white front, and the card makes a cheerful addition to a small care package of tea or snacks.
