“Merci” shows its gold script at the heart of this card, and the French word simply means thank you. It is a graceful way to say what you feel, and the blush roses around it make the message feel personal rather than generic. It is made for people who value a thoughtful gesture, from a teacher who went the extra mile to a coworker who quietly covered for you.
Ships with a kraft envelope; envelope color in photo may vary.
The print at a glance
A wreath of watercolor flowers fills the edges of the card and frames a wide open center. Soft blush roses with deep pink centers sit beside mauve leaves and curling stems, so the flowers look as though they were painted by hand. The word Merci sits in the middle in a flowing gold script that catches the eye without shouting. Small buds and sprigs fill the gaps, which gives the wreath a full, airy look. The overall picture is calm and romantic, with the gold lettering doing most of the talking.
Who it is for
This card suits people who appreciate a quieter kind of thanks. A teacher might open it and notice the roses first, then read the French word and smile at the small surprise. A coach or a coworker who likes a little polish will feel the card was chosen with care. Use the French merci card when someone has helped you more than a simple note can hold, and when a plain English thank you would feel too ordinary.
Occasions to use it
This card works well at the end of the school year, after a wedding or shower where someone helped, or after a boss has supported a difficult project. Slip it into a gift bag with a small treat, or tuck it in with a bouquet from the grocery store. It also suits a quiet note of appreciation on an ordinary Tuesday, when a simple thank you deserves a little extra charm.
