What the print says
Three strings of scalloped cream flags stretch across a blush pink watercolor wash, each bearing a segment of the congratulatory message. The word "WELCOME" appears in bold block letters at the top, while "to THE world" and "little LADY" follow below in alternating print and flowing script styles. A light blue bird flies near the upper right corner, and a tiny pink bird rests on the middle banner string. Soft clusters of roses, daisies, and leafy vines decorate the corners and float freely around the central text. The entire composition mimics a party decoration, blending the innocence of a nursery with the excitement of a grand opening. This visual arrangement transforms standard congratulations into a warm, artistic statement that feels both personal and timeless.
