The design piece by piece
The centerpiece is a smiling avocado with closed, happy eyes and rosy cheeks, its pit a warm brown oval sitting in the middle of its green body. One thin arm rests on the handle of a glossy pink suitcase with orange accents and small wheels, while the other hand is raised in a relaxed gesture. Two short legs stand on the ground, so the fruit looks ready to walk right out the door with its bags. The bold black capital letters of AVO GOOD TRIP sit above the figure, clean and easy to read. Everything is drawn in a simple, friendly cartoon style with soft shading and dark outlines, giving the whole scene a playful, carefree mood that fits a journey.
Everyday moments
This card is most often picked up by someone who has a trip coming up and a friend who loves a pun. A coworker heading to a conference, a sibling starting a long drive, or a friend flying somewhere new will likely grin at the avocado pulling its suitcase. Keep it on a desk or in a travel bag as a reminder that someone is cheering for them while they are away.
When you need a gift
Slip this card into a bag of snacks for someone leaving on a vacation, or hand it over at a going-away lunch. It also works as a cheerful note for a birthday or a friendship card, since the playful pun lightens the mood. Read it together over coffee before the trip, and let the avocado set a relaxed tone for the send-off.
